Friday workout #3

Please post workout, done on Friday. If multiple people trained together, list the training and those that attended. If you trained separately or with a different group, list that training and those that attended.

    Warm up: climb 5 flights then stretch

    Total time: 38:40

    In full gear: (in between each set we performed 10 pushups and 20 situps)
    Every step to 10th floor
    Every other step to 10th floor
    Alternating right lateral and left lateral to 10th floor
    (jump squats returning)
    Alternating backwards and forwards to 10th floor
    Doff gear
    Climb 27 floors
    Cool down and stretch
