Last Weeks Workouts

I need you to post your data in the comments section. I will up date the page daily to weekly.

  1. Friday Stairs
    With full gear:
    in between each stair exercise we completed 10 pushups, 20 situps, 20 superman's with thumbs up and 20 superman's with thumbs down

    27 flight climb
    5 flights of both feet hit every step
    5 flights skipping one step
    5 flights right lateral
    5 flights left lateral

    remove gear - 27 flight climb

    total time: 40 minutes
