Friday workout #2

Please post workout, done on Friday. If multiple people trained together, list the training and those that attended. If you trained separately or with a different group, list that training and those that attended.

  1. Warm up: 5 floors w/o gear
    Static stretches
    27 floors to the top of the Sheraton and back down
    5 floors jumping hitting every step and negatives back down
    5 floors both feet hitting every step and back
    5 floors lateral w/ left foot first and back
    5 floors lateral w/ right foot first and back
    All prior sets were done with full gear.
    10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 10 swimmers were done in between each climb.
    27 floors and back w/o gear
    Total workout time approx 40 minutes
    Recruits Forte, Kendall, Martinez, Burich, and Iglesias
