Workout #3

Run:
5 mins Easy intensity (you can talk but not in full sentenses)
5 mins Moderate intensity ( down to single words)
5 mins High intensity ( can hardly breath much less talk)
Turn around- Run back- Negative split- Record time

    Easy = 2.5 laps
    Moderate = 2.75 laps
    High = 3.25 laps
    Total = 8.5 laps

    Turn around 8.5 laps in 15:45 min

    high-3 laps
    total 8.5 laps
    8.5 laps in 19minutes
    were we supposed to take breaks in between the runs? maybe thats why my time is slow on the turn around run back?

  3. Make sure the next time you do this workout you record the distance and time it took to complete the workout. Not the time of day you did the workout.
