  2. Completed 9/29 at 1800. Modified workout. 30 cardio workout. 14 unassisted pull ups, the rest assisted, 20 dead lift with 2-35 lb dumbells, and 20 18 lb mb twists.

    5 Minute run at 7 minute mile pace on treadmill to warm up.

    The workout took me 26 minutes to complete. the pull-ups went well none assisted; I used 30lbs for the DB swings, I did 20 per arm, I hope that was right. I used 95 pounds for the deadlifts for 3 sets, I then switched to the DB machine for the last 2, due to some pretty significant low back pain; I stopped and stretched using the stretches you showed me but still had some problems. On the machine I used 90 lbs.I did a little better with that machine. Afterwards my crew was not quite done so I did 50 crunches on the stability ball and 20 one leg raised pushups on an upside down half stability ball. I also did 20 feet on ball pushups and "knee ins".

  6. completed 9/30/09. First 5 rounds completed all pull ups, the final 5 rounds I needed assistance to complete.
    DB swing used a 25 lb weight.
    Deadlifts 120 lbs.
