Thursday with Ms. Shepard #3
One person please post workout done with Ms. Shepard. Everyone else that attended, please just sign name to confirm you attended.
1. crawling approx 25 feet 2. Hitting truck tire with mallet 3. Carry log approx. 30 feet down and up an embankment 4. 20 log sit ups 5. 20 lunges with log (10 per leg) 6. Lateral jumps over small hurdles 7. Pick up hose and run through cone maz 8. Laterals (once each way), and twice backwards up a hill
After the hill we would trace our way back through the coarse doing everything in reverse order, however with the log, instead of sit ups and lunges we did 10 squats with shoulder lifts.
After completion of the above coarse, Ms. Shepard had all of us go through the work performance test (excluding the ladder raise), she recorded all of our times. After completion of work performance we stretched and were dismissed.
