Workout #42

An explanation of cause is not a justification by reason.


Run:

5 mins Easy intensity (you can talk but not in full sentenses)
5 mins Moderate intensity ( down to single words)
5 mins High intensity ( can hardly breath much less talk)
Turn around- Run back- Negative split- Record time
