Run 800m
25 Thrusters (15#, 25#, 35#)
50 Push-ups

Abs: 50 side cruches (each side)

    800 m - 4 min
    25 thrusters with 20#
    50 pushups (various styles with regular, legs elevated, scissor)

    50 side crunches

    total time: 33:30 minutes
